• We will start with the business card design first.
• We will provide 3 concepts for each business card, letterhead & envelope design.
• Stationery concepts & revisions will be ready within 24 hours. Not applicable during weekends.
• Unlimited revisions till you are 100% satisfied.
• For the business card designs, you are entitled to unlimited cards for different employees before approval.
• FREE! Letterhead design template on a Microsoft Word Document.
• FREE! Letterhead design template for your e-mail.
• FREE! Fax cover sheet design.
• FREE! Final artwork bleeding for final chosen stationery. These files are for printing.
• Your final files are available for download in 9 different format files provided for print & web:

• We will use CMYK colors for the stationery design. If you require Pantone colors, kindly inform us.
• Full refunds are only applicable after first initial concepts are provided to you. Once redraws and revisions are created, you will only be entitled to a partial refund.
