Just 5 simple steps to get your design project/programming project started. We will ensure that you will have a pleasant time working with us.


Step 1

Select the right package/services that best suits your requirements. Once you have decided, kindly make your payment securely online. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, JCB & Diners. After payment is made, kindly login to Design Station™ with your username & password to submit your order details. Once the form is submitted, our team will be notified about your project.

Step 2

Our team will get started on your project. For design projects: The first initial design concepts will be ready within hours after your purchase. This is not applicable during weekends. Our 24-hour delivery is only for logo design, stationery design, web design & Flash animated logo orders.For programming projects, the time frame will depend on the complexity of the integration.

Step 3

When the projects are ready, our team will drop you an email. Kindly login to our Design Station™ with your username & password to view your project. We will work directly with you on the Design Station™. You will be able to manage your orders and communicate directly with our team on the Design Station™.

Step 4

For design projects: If you do not like any of the first initial concepts, you are entitled to 3 more redraws for some new concepts (only for certain packages). You are also entitled to unlimited edits to the chosen design before final approval. The revision process continues until you are 100% satisfied. For programming projects: You are entitled to unlimited revisions before the system is completely integrated.

Step 5

When you are fully satisfied and no revisions are required for your design project/ programming project, just approve the order and you will be able to download your final files within hours. Below are the list of formats provided after approval. * File formats given to you, will depend on the package that you have purchased.
