• Logo refinements are only applicable for your current existing logo. Kindly provide us with your existing logo in JPG or GIF or AI or EPS or PNG or PDF format.
• For logo refinements, we will only edit colors/ font/ text/ shape/ layout/ add elements/ recreate or trace your existing concept.
• Logo refinements are not inclusive of new logo concepts.
• Logo refinements will be ready within 24 hours after purchase. Not applicable during weekends.
• Logo revisions will be ready within 24 hours or less. Not applicable during weekends.
• 3 logo refinement concepts to choose from. Our designers will propose some different layouts.
• Unlimited revisions till you are 100% satisfied.
• We will use CMYK colors for the logos. If you require Pantone colors, kindly inform us.
• Your final files are available for download in 8 different format files provided for print & web:
  AI7 | EPS | PDF | TIFF | JPG | PNG | GIF | FONTS
• All colors used on the final chosen logo will be listed out on the final files.
• Full refunds are only applicable after first initial concepts are provided to you. Once revisions are created, you will only be entitled to a partial refund.
